Filled it to the 1.7L mark and boiled water for tea faster than my old plastic kettle, and the glass lets me watch the bubbles roll which is oddly satisfying. The whole thing feels solid and the design really does dress up the countertop.
Boiling water in this thing is honestly a bit of a show — the way the blue glow lights up the glass while it heats makes my kitchen feel fancier than it is. It’s quick enough for my morning tea, and the 1.7L capacity means I’m not refilling every single time.
The glass is noticeably thick and sturdy, so I don't worry about it cracking when the water starts bubbling. It boils my kettle's worth in about four minutes, and the blue LED ring is a nice touch that makes it feel more modern on the counter.
