The orange and rosehip come through nicely, and knowing there's zero theine makes it my go-to wind-down drink when I want to actually sleep instead of just lying there.

The smell alone after steeping for five minutes is enough to calm me down after a rough shift. I love that it's completely caffeine-free, so I can sip it right before bed without worrying about a racing heart. My sleep has honestly been deeper since I started this nightly ritual.

The bag smells wonderfully of orange and valerian the moment you open it, a real calming touch before bed. I do wish the box said how long to steep for best results, but even guessing, it did the job and helped me wind down.
