The double lid really seals in freshness—my loose tea has stayed aromatic for weeks, which is more than I can say for my old tin. The Portuguese tile design is so charming that I've left it out on the counter instead of hiding it in the cupboard.
I bought this mostly for the beautiful azulejo pattern on the outside, remembering trips to Lisbon, but the double lid is what sold me—my tea stays fresh way longer than in my old tins. The 100g size is perfect for my daily cup and it looks lovely sitting on the counter.
The ceramic lid feels substantial and the double-seal keeps my loose leaves fresh for weeks. I love that it doubles as decor on my kitchen shelf — the tile pattern is even prettier in person.
