Extrakt z houby Reishi, houby pocházející z Japonska, a vitamín C. Mezi přínosy takzvaného "krále hub" a "houby mládí" patří především schopnost přispívat k normální činnosti imunitního systému. Vitamín C pomáhá snižovat únavu a vyčerpání a přispívá k ochraně buněk před oxidačním stresem.
The capsules are small and easy to swallow, which I appreciate since I struggle with bigger pills. I’ve been taking one with breakfast for three weeks now, and the fact that it combines both reishi extract and vitamin C in a single dose makes my morning routine simpler.
I’ve been taking one capsule in the morning with breakfast and I can actually feel a difference in my energy levels by mid-afternoon. The reishi extract and vitamin C combo is exactly what I was looking for in a daily supplement.
The extract feels high-quality, and the vitamin C is a nice bonus. I’ve already noticed I feel a bit more resilient since starting the 30-capsule pack, which lasts me exactly a month. The morning routine is simple, just one capsule with water.
