Took these for a month alongside my usual routine, and the fact that they're decaffeinated means I can take them late afternoon without messing up my sleep. The Garcinia Cambogia blend feels well balanced, and I've noticed my mid-morning snack cravings have quieted down noticeably.
I’ve been taking one capsule before lunch for three weeks now, and the fact that it’s decaffeinated means I don’t get jittery like with other green coffee products. The Garcinia extract is a nice bonus, and my appetite feels noticeably more in check by mid-afternoon.
The capsules are easy to swallow and I love that the green coffee is decaffeinated, so I can take them before bed without any jitters. Three weeks in and I’ve noticed my bloating is down, which matches what the Garcinia is supposed to do for fat storage.
