The smell when you open the bag is so earthy and fresh, you can tell it's a careful harvest. I've been steeping a teaspoon in hot water every morning, and the brew has a nice, subtle nuttiness that’s become part of my routine. It's a solid, quality herb that does exactly what I hoped.

I steeped a teaspoon in hot water for ten minutes and the aroma alone tells you these seeds were harvested right. The tea has that earthy, slightly sweet undertone the traditional preparation is known for, and the quality of the selection really comes through in every sip.

The seeds are noticeably plump and fresh, and steeping them the traditional way brings out a rich, earthy flavor that I actually look forward to. I've been having a cup each morning for two weeks now, and the quality really shows in how consistent the brew tastes every single time.
