After two weeks of taking it every morning, I can already feel less bloated after meals and my digestion seems smoother overall. The capsules are small and easy to swallow, which makes it simple to keep up the habit.
I’ve been taking one capsule daily with lunch and noticed my digestion feels smoother, especially after heavier meals. The extract seems to really do its job supporting liver function without any upset stomach.
My liver-focused bloodwork finally came back in the normal range after three months of taking this daily, and the capsule size is small enough that I don't dread swallowing it. The extract is potent enough that I actually feel less sluggish after rich meals, which is a win in my book.
