I was skeptical about dried ginger being sweet, but the cane syrup soaking really works—it's soft and chewy with zero of those annoying fibers. These little cubes are dangerous to snack on straight from the bag, and they've been a great topping for my morning yogurt.

The 10mm dice are perfectly bite-sized, and the cane syrup soak makes them chewy-sweet without a single fibrous strand. I’ve been tossing a few into my morning yogurt, and it’s become my favorite little treat.

The syrup coating gives these cubes a nice caramel-like sweetness that pairs surprisingly well with tea. I toss a few in my oatmeal every morning and they soften just enough to chew easily without any of the fibrous strings you'd expect from regular ginger.
