I wasn't sure about the matcha at first since I usually go for plain green tea, but the umami note really balances out the citrus. It's become my all-day cup, and I like that it comes from the organic collection.
The matcha's umami edge balances the citrus so well that it doesn't need any sweetener, and the fact it's from an eco-friendly line makes my afternoon cup feel a bit lighter. I've been brewing it hot in the morning and it holds up for a second steep without turning bitter.
The citrus aroma is delicate but noticeable, and that matcha gives it a nice earthy depth that makes it work hot or cold. It's become my go-to for afternoon refills because it’s light enough to sip all day without getting tired of it.
