The hand-carved tines are so fine and flexible—they froth my matcha into a silky layer in about fifteen seconds. I just rinse it with warm water after use per the instructions, and it’s held up perfectly after weeks of daily whisking.
I was skeptical bamboo whisking would make a difference, but the hand-carved bristles actually froth my matcha into a silky cloud in about twenty seconds. Rinsing it under warm water afterwards takes no effort at all, and it still looks as neat as the day it arrived.
The hand-carved ridges on the handle give it a nice grip, and the bamboo feels smooth and lightweight. I rinsed it with warm water after each use, and it’s held up perfectly so far. My matcha comes out frothy with no clumps, exactly what I wanted.
