I made it for a summer lunch and let it sit with ice in a glass pitcher—poured over ice it tastes just like the real thing but without the alcohol. The fruitiness is strong but not fake, and since it’s teína-free, I drank a whole pitcher in the afternoon without any jitters.
I brewed a big pitcher and let it chill overnight; even without alcohol it tastes just like the real thing, maybe even more refreshing. The lack of teína is a bonus since I can drink a whole glass after dinner without lying awake.
Steeped a big batch last night and left it in the fridge—by morning it was this gorgeous ruby red and the berry notes really came through, just like a cold sangria but with zero guilt. Perfect for a hot afternoon when you want something festive without the buzz.
