The double lid actually seals tight enough that I can hear the air push out when I close it, which is exactly what I wanted for keeping my loose tea fresh. The yellow azulejo pattern on the tin is even prettier in person and adds a nice cultural touch to my kitchen shelf.
I bought this as a gift for my mother-in-law who loves collecting tea tins, and the yellow azulejo pattern is even prettier in person. The 100 g size with the double lid feels sturdy, and it’s just the right compactness for her kitchen shelf. She’s already planning to refill it once the tea runs out
The double lid keeps my loose tea noticeably fresher than the single-tin containers I've used before, and the yellow tile print looks even better in person. I've had it on my counter for two weeks now and it still makes me smile every time I reach for it.
