The leaves arrived whole and beautifully dried, and a simple infusion tastes surprisingly clean and mild. I’ve been brewing a small handful in the traditional way every morning, and it’s become my favorite quiet ritual.

I’ve been steeping a couple of leaves in hot water each morning and the brew has that earthy, slightly bitter note I was hoping for. The harvest feels genuinely fresh and the leaves are sturdy enough that I can reuse them for a second infusion, which is a nice bonus.

Brewed a strong infusion with these organic artichoke leaves last night and the color was a deep, golden-green—exactly what I hoped for from a select harvest. They're clearly high quality, and the traditional preparation method works perfectly for a smooth, earthy tea.
