En aquella época, la aparición de esta magnífica obra, apoyada por el emperador Taisung, produjo una revolución y aportó muchos nuevos adeptos al té, ya que tras su edición, beber té se convirtió en una tradición nacional, que surgida originalmente en el sur de China, se extendió también a los estados del norte.
