Even on a cold evening, I reach for a hot mug of this after dinner and the peppermint kick really settles my stomach. It brews up nicely without any bitterness, and knowing there's no theine means I can sip it late without lying awake.
I brew a cup after dinner and it cools down fast enough to drink while I'm still at the table. The minty kick is strong but not sharp, and I love that there's no caffeine so it doesn't mess with my sleep.
Cold brew it overnight and it turns into a surprisingly refreshing iced tea that still keeps that minty kick. It settles my stomach after a heavy lunch, though I wish the flavor lingered a bit longer in the glass.
