平靜時刻茶

The flavor is genuinely herbal and meloso, not bitter like some others I’ve tried. I’ve been having a cup about an hour before bed and I’m honestly falling asleep faster than I expected. It’s become my little end-of-day ritual.

I was skeptical about herbal teas helping me sleep, but this one genuinely works. That soft, honeyed taste is so soothing, and it's gentle on my stomach after dinner too.

The honeyed herbal flavor is exactly what I need to wind down after a long day – it’s sweet but not cloying, and the warmth alone makes me feel sleepy within half an hour. I’ve already ordered a second box because one cup just isn’t enough once you start.
