The light actually glows through the fine bone china in a way I didn't expect from a candle holder. It feels delicate in the hand but has held up fine on my mantel for a few weeks now.

The bone china is noticeably thinner than my old ceramic holder but feels sturdier somehow, and the light passes right through the walls. It's sitting on my dinner table now and the glow it gives off is surprisingly warm.

Bought this for my mom's birthday and she immediately put it on the dining table with a tea light inside. The fine bone china feels noticeably thinner and smoother than my old ceramic one, yet it doesn't feel fragile at all.
