The Sunny Peach is exactly what I wanted for hot afternoons — white tea with green tea and a gentle peach-pear sweetness that doesn't turn syrupy over ice. Steeped it five minutes, poured it over a tall glass, and it stayed smooth to the last sip.
The Horchata Fusion caught me off guard in the best way, it's creamy without being heavy over ice. I've been cold brewing both flavors overnight and the white tea base in the peach one stays smooth instead of turning bitter.
The peach one is my favorite so far, that little pear note keeps it from getting too sweet. I've been cold brewing a bag overnight and it's ready by morning without any bitterness.
