Tossed a teaspoon into my lentil soup and the citrusy, woody kick came through without overwhelming the dish. It’s also been great in my morning tea, and the jar seals tightly so the aroma stays fresh.

I’ve been adding a teaspoon to my morning tea and it dissolves nicely without clumping, giving a warm, citrusy kick that wakes me up better than coffee. Used it in a lentil stew last night too and the woodsy notes really rounded out the broth. Definitely stocking up again.

The aroma hits you right when you open the bag—intensely spicy with that citrusy, woody undertone. I’ve been adding it to my morning tea and a pinch in soups, and it’s genuinely perked up both the flavor and my energy.
