A spoonful in my morning yogurt and I’m already hooked—the matcha gives it a subtle, earthy finish that balances the honey’s sweetness just right. It dissolves smoothly into my smoothie without any gritty bits, and the creamy texture makes it feel like a treat rather than a health kick.
The texture is what sold me — it's genuinely creamy, not sticky like regular honey, and the matcha flavor comes through just enough to feel fancy without overpowering my yogurt. A spoonful in my smoothie gives it that subtle earthy sweetness I've been craving all week.
