I've brewed a lot of Colombian beans over the years, and this 200-gram bag is remarkably smooth with none of the bitterness I sometimes get. The grounds smell almost sweet before brewing, and the cup has a gentle, lingering finish that's perfect for slow mornings.
The bag arrived sealed tight and the beans look wonderfully uniform. Brewed a cup this morning and the smooth, complex profile really comes through, no bitterness at all. For 200 grams of pure arabica, this is a solid daily driver.
