I wasn’t expecting the cardamom to hit so hard right at the first sip, but that’s exactly what makes this blend special. The matcha doesn’t get lost in the spices—it actually gives the whole thing a smooth, earthy backbone that I keep coming back to.
The date and licorice balance the spice beautifully—it’s sweet without being cloying, and the matcha gives it a smooth, grounding finish. I’ve been brewing it iced in the afternoons and the cardamom aroma still comes through strong.
The cardamom hits you right away, and that date and licorice sweetness balances the matcha perfectly. I've been brewing it as a late-afternoon pick-me-up and the aroma alone is worth it.
