The spice blend is perfectly balanced—warm cinnamon and cardamom notes come through without overpowering the honey’s natural sweetness. I’ve been stirring a spoonful into my afternoon black tea and it transforms the whole cup into a cozy, chai-like treat. This jar won’t last long in my kitchen.
I wasn't expecting the chai spices to come through so clearly, but they blend perfectly with the honey’s sweetness. A spoonful in my morning tea makes it taste like a cozy bakery treat.
The spicy kick it gives my afternoon rooibos is exactly what I was after, and one spoonful dissolves better than I expected. My whole kitchen smells like a cozy bakery whenever I open the jar.
