Honung med chai latte

It’s become my lazy-morning ritual—one spoonful of this creamy honey melted into hot milk tastes exactly like a chai latte but without the teabags or waiting. The texture is so smooth that it even spreads nicely on a buttered toast when I’m craving something sweet.

I've been stirring a spoonful into warm milk every evening and it's genuinely become my little ritual—the chai spices come through just right without being overpowering. Also great straight off a spoon when I need a quick sweet fix.

The texture is what got me—so creamy it spreads like butter on a warm biscuit, and one spoonful stirred into milk tastes like a proper chai without any effort. I've started keeping a jar at my desk for afternoon toast and it's become my favorite little ritual.
