Used it on a fresh goat cheese salad last night and the sweet-spicy kick was perfect. The color alone made the dish look fancier. Definitely keeping this jar on the counter.

The scent is really what got me—sweet and floral with just a hint of spice, so different from regular pepper. I crushed some over a fresh goat cheese salad and the color alone made it look fancy, plus it added that gentle kick without overpowering anything.

I used the pink peppercorns in a citrus vinaigrette for grilled chicken and the sweet-spicy aroma really came through, plus the color made the plate look beautiful. They're whole and quite fragrant, so a little goes a long way.
