I was a little intimidated by an ancient text, but the section breaking down production is surprisingly clear for beginners. It's one of those books you can actually sit with and re-read, especially if you're curious about where your morning cup really comes from.
The three-part structure makes it so easy to follow along, from how the leaves are grown to the list of brewing tools. I’ve already reread the production section twice and keep noticing new details each time.
