I’ve been swapping it into my morning coffee and it dissolves more easily than I expected for something this thick, which is a nice surprise. The bottle is 250 grams, so it’s lasted me a few weeks already with daily use. Sweetness hits right away but it doesn’t overpower the drink, just a clean fini
It pours slower than honey but spreads just as easily, and I love that it's literally just the plant juice with nothing else added. A little goes a long way in my morning coffee, so this 250g jar is lasting me ages.
The texture is much thicker than regular honey, so it dissolves slowly in my tea and gives a clean sweetness without any aftertaste. I’ve swapped it into my baking for the last two weeks and the 250gr jar is still half full, which says a lot about how little you actually need.
